You're the only youtuber mentioning you can skip picking up your pistols. Back in the day I didn't even know how to get them. And more than a decade later I played it the same way until I got to know there is a switch above the cowboy's room entrance that gets you the fuse on the convyor belt. 🤦 I haven't seen that gap in any of my playthroughs.

I didn't like this game. Well, that's not entirely true. It was a fine game, it just wasn't a good _Tomb Raider game_ for me (nor had it enough uniqueness to become "its own thing"). I never replayed it nor had any interest for its' sequels.

Oh god... the stupid Red Alert level. I relate so hard with you since I absolutely HATED it. Encountered 3 game breaking bugs. Had to restart it twice from the beginning. First an elevator stopped working and I got trapped, then the rope guys refused to show up so Lara then had no rope to use and couldn't proceed. Then the stupid cyborg decided to be a glitchy piece of shit too and just would not die no matter what. Reaaaaaally wanted to snap the game disk in half by then. I feel bad for my sister who was watching me play the game. I was ranting and raving like a madwoman lmao.

I purchased this game for my PS4 and I can safely say that this is the best version of Tomb Raider yet. It's great to have Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider 2 and Tomb Raider 3: Adventures of Lara Croft with improved graphics. I hope we get another remastered collection with Tomb Raider last revelation, Tomb Raider chronicles and Tomb Raider: The angel of darkness with improved graphics and improved controls for angel of darkness in the future.

Glad you talked about the animation. To me Lara in this game felt... floaty, as if there was no weight to her actions. It was weird. I think the animation (along with some other things) was the major reason for it.

I was shocked that this game’s story wasn’t written by Lemony Snickett. Watching her get constantly injured and just basically shrug it off got so ridiculous because of how they touted it being grounded in reality compared to the originals.
